Ub/Ubl deubiquitylases (DUBs) play key regulatory roles in a variety of disease states including cancer, diabetes, and infectious disease. As such, they represent an attractive class of novel targets for therapeutic development. Approximately 100 Ub/Ubl deubiquitylases have been identified in the human genome, however relatively few have been fully characterized. LifeSensors’ offers a wide range of HTS amenable assays and substrates for characterizing these proteases and discovering modulators of their activity.
We offer two microarrays specific to DUB function that allow you to characterize and learn more about your DUB or DUB substrate.
1) DUB ID – Determine DUBs that deubiquitylate your substrate.
2) DUB Substrate ID – Identify substrates for your DUB.
The service can be performed with one of several commercially available arrays or a custom array. LifeSensors can advise on the selection of the most appropriate array for the experiment.
