DUB ID, DUB Enzyme Identification Service     |     Catalog #: MA103

With approximately 100 deubiquitylases (DUBs) encoded by the human genome, knowledge of the DUBs capable of de-ubiquitylating your substrate is necessary information for a thorough understanding of your protein's biochemistry and also proper drug target identification. DUB substrate ID™ employs a protein microarray containing over 65 isopeptidases, and LifeSensor's ubiquitin pathway expertise to identify candidate DUBs that are capable of de-ubiquitylating your substrate. The service includes the following steps:

  1. A protein microarray is probed with the client's ubiquitylated substrate (tagged or untagged)
  2. The array is probed with an antibody to the client's substrate or associated tag
  3. Locations of subtrate binding indicate DUB-substrate interactions and potential DUB enzymes that deubiquitylate client's substrate

Array: Protein microarray containing approx. 20,000 human proteins including 65 isopeptidases.

Client material required: Client's ubuiquitylated substrate (roughly 150 µL of a 100 nM solution), detection antibody for client's substrate (substrate or tag)

Deliverable: Raw data & statistical analysis, follow-up support and lead prioritization

Turnaround: 4-6 weeks
